This Cupping Workshop is a 3-hour workshop for the public. The workshop includes a lecture session, a demonstration, and a practice session. In this workshop, attendees will learn about the history of cupping, indications & contraindications, different types of cups, different methods of cupping, and how to use it to treat pain safely and effectively.
This workshop will focus on the Upper, Mid, and Lower Back.
We will also have a short presentation on CBD.
We will have enough cups for you to practice on, no need to bring your own.
