Acupuncture
A practice of using needles to stimulate points on the meridians that run along the body.

Tuina
A type of bodywork that is pushing (Tui) and pulling (Na) of the skin and muscles to improve mobility and harmonize the energy of the body channels.
Tuina is typically used at the end of an acupuncture session to “wake up” the body.
Cupping & Guasha
Suction cups or dull-edged tools are used to break up the fascial layer to promote healthy blood flow.
Cupping is mainly used on the shoulders, back, and upper legs.
Guasha is used on the face, neck, arms, and lower legs.
Moxibustion
Dried Chinese mugwort herb is used to warm up the body and specific points or meridians.
It is most often used to treat cold or stagnant conditions.
Trigger Point therapy
Trigger Point therapy - “Intra Muscular therapy” or Sports acupuncture is an acupuncture technique used to release a painful spot in the muscle (“a knot”), often causes a “twitch” response. This therapy is similar to “Dry Needling” (Can be included in a regular acupuncture session.)
Aesthetic
Microneedling - using a high speed microneedling pen with tiny needles to puncture and push various serums into the skin. Serums include hyaluronic acid as a base, apple stem cells, collagen, and many others that benefits the skin. This procedure yields a quicker result compared to Facial Acupuncture, however, Facial Acupuncture is recommended as an in between Microneedling treatments. Microneedling is also used to treat scars from old injuries such as frozen shoulder, or surgeries.
Nanoneedling - used around the eye sockets and for those who have sensitive skin or sensitive to needles. Nanoneedling is also recommended as an in between Microneedling treatments.
Injections - using homeopathic remedies to help filling in wrinkle lines and lift saggy skin.
Acupuncture Point Injection Therapy
Acupuncture Injection Therapy utilizes Traditional Chinese Medicine's meridian system by stimulating acupuncture points with the injection of small amounts of sterile medicinal/botanical substances, obtaining a dual effect of acupoint stimulation and the pharmacological effect of the substance injected, and prolonging the effect of the acupuncture treatment overall.
Conditions treated using AIT include muscle pain, trigger point release, headaches, diabetes, neuropathy, long covid, hypothyroidism, chemo/radiation recovery, spontaneous sweating, sweating in palms of hands and feet, heart palpitations, muscle atrophy, immune boosting, and more.
The substances used include herbal extracts, homeopathic medicines, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.
Others
Fertility treatments - including preparing the body for pregnancy, supporting the pregnancy throughout all three trimesters, prepping for labor, post-partum, and breastfeeding support. Acupuncture can also be used to support IUI or IVF process.
Scar treatments - using injections to reduce the appearance of a scar whether due to an injury or surgery such as C-section.
