Low Back Pain
Acupressure
Press and circle the following points while rotating your hips clockwise and counterclockwise
Work on each point for at least 30 seconds

Lung 7 - found on the thumb side of the wrist, 1.5 thumb width above the crease, between the two tendons.

Small Intestine 3 - this point is found with a loose fist, on the pinky side at the crease that is closer to the wrist, at the junction of the red & white skin.

Large Intestine 4 - found on back of hand, in between the thumb and pointing fingers. Note that this point is contraindicated in pregnancy.

Yao Tong Xue - on the back of the hand, midway between the wrist crease and the knuckles, between both the pointing and middle and the ring and pinky fingers (2 points on each hand).
Stretches
Note: practice near a wall or chair to help with balance
Hip rotations
Forward and backward bending at the hips
Side-to-side bending at the hip
Child’s pose
Figure-4 laying on back or sitting in a chair
Lower body twists while laying on back
