Acupressure

  • Press and circle the following points while rotating your hips clockwise and counterclockwise

  • Work on each point for at least 30 seconds

Stretches

Note: practice near a wall or chair to help with balance

  • Hip rotations

  • Forward and backward bending at the hips

  • Side-to-side bending at the hip

  • Child’s pose

  • Figure-4 laying on back or sitting in a chair

  • Lower body twists while laying on back
