Neck & Upper Back Pain
Acupressure
Press and circle the following points while rotating your neck and rolling your shoulders
Work on each point for at least 30 seconds
Stretches
Chin tuck
Side-to-side tilts
Forward & backward tilt
Chin to shoulder then turns head side to side
Head rotations
Shoulder shrug
Shoulder rolls
Eagle arms
