Acupressure

  • Press and circle the following points while rotating your neck and rolling your shoulders

  • Work on each point for at least 30 seconds

Stretches

  • Chin tuck

  • Side-to-side tilts

  • Forward & backward tilt

  • Chin to shoulder then turns head side to side

  • Head rotations

  • Shoulder shrug

  • Shoulder rolls
